EXPLORING LONDON

I FINALLY own a bike again. I could rant on for pages about how my last bike got stolen while i was working hard in a lecture and the fact they cut through my bike lock with pliers surely means the police should of cared more about this person on the loose stealing the bikes but HEY what can you do ...The police never found my bike and the person who stole it has probably sold it on Ebay along with about 10 others.

BUT YES nearly started the rant...

NEW BIKE

Regents Park the hidden gardens.

Its blue and its name is Bobby as its a vintage Bobbin bike made in Holland.

Im so excited about the prospect of summer bike rides around London. People usually ask how i am not scared of riding in the busy City but even after having quite a serious accident i still see it as more enjoyable and less daunting than getting on the tube with 100s of other people during rush hour. On a bike you get to see areas of London you would never of seen and generally i do find it to be quicker than public transport.

BUT

Obviously due to my experiences my main advice is: -Make sure your a safe and confident rider
                                                                               - Buy a helmet
                                                                                - Buy a lock that is strong and CANNOT BE CUT
THROUGH BY A PERSON WITH PLIERS .
